Where can I use it?
For use in Japan. Select Uber Cash at checkout. Shopping must be through Uber Eats; direct in-store payments are not supported. Family profiles and scheduled rides are excluded. Check the app for available services.Uber’s official usage rules ↗
What are the top-up limits?
- Per top-up limit: ¥100,000.
- Rolling 30-day limit: ¥200,000, based on the gift card’s face value.

We recommend no more than 5 cards per account per day, combining ¥5,000 and ¥10,000 cards. This is PAPOMO’s recommendation, not an official Uber daily limit.

How do I pay with JPYC?
Use the current JPYC token on Ethereum, Polygon or Avalanche C-Chain. JPYC Prepaid is not supported. You also need the network’s gas token.
Connect your wallet and confirm the JPYC transfer. Supports Bitget Wallet, OKX, MetaMask and WalletConnect. Pay through your order; do not send directly to the address.
When and where will my card arrive?
Your code will be emailed within 12 hours of payment confirmation. Signed-in purchases also appear in My account. Guests can return to the same browser. Closing the page does not stop delivery.
When does an unpaid order expire?
Orders are cancelled after 15 minutes if payment has not started, and applied credit is returned. Transfers already started are still checked. Late payments are reviewed manually. Do not pay twice.
What should I know after delivery?
- This is a digital code, not a physical card. Its full face value is added to one Uber account.
- Redeem promptly and keep your PIN private.
- Not redeemable for cash. Expiry and usage conditions follow the card details and Uber’s official terms.
